Frames, Lenses & Fit

Can I use these frames for prescription lenses?

Prescription-ready styles can be fitted with prescription lenses by a qualified optical provider. Check each product page for lens compatibility, frame measurements, and fit notes before ordering.

What do the frame measurements mean?

Frame measurements are shown in millimeters, usually as lens width, bridge width, and temple length. Compare them with a pair you already own to understand the expected fit.

How do I choose the right frame shape?

Start with how you want the frame to feel on your face. Square frames add structure, round frames soften angular features, cat-eye and butterfly styles add lift, and aviator or sport shapes give broader coverage.

Are sunglasses UV protective?

Sunglass styles include lens details such as UV400, polarized, gradient, or sport tints where applicable. Review the product specifications to confirm the protection and lens type for each pair.

What are blue light glasses for?

Blue light glasses are designed for screen-heavy routines such as desk work, study, browsing, and gaming. They are non-prescription unless a product page states otherwise.

Orders, Shipping & Gifting

How long does shipping take?

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates can vary by destination, carrier volume, holidays, and address accuracy.

Can I track my order?

Yes. When tracking is available, the tracking link will be sent with your shipping confirmation email after the order has been fulfilled.

Do gift cards ship physically?

Eyra gift cards are digital and are delivered electronically. They can be used toward eyewear, accessories, care items, and gift packaging.

Can I add gift packaging?

Yes. Gift packaging can be added as a separate product when available. It is designed for eyewear orders and selected accessories.

Can I change or cancel an order?

If your order has not shipped yet, contact support as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has started.

Care, Returns & Warranty

How should I clean my glasses?

Use a clean microfiber cloth and lens-safe cleaner. Avoid paper towels, clothing fabric, harsh chemicals, and dry wiping dusty lenses because they can scratch coatings.

How should I store my eyewear?

Store frames in a protective case when not in use. Keep eyewear away from high heat, direct pressure, and loose items inside bags that may bend frames or scratch lenses.

What is your return policy?

Eligible eyewear and accessories can be returned or exchanged within the stated return window when they are unused, in original condition, and include the original packaging. Final eligibility may depend on the product type.

What does the warranty cover?

The limited warranty covers qualifying manufacturing defects. Normal wear, accidental damage, improper care, prescription lens work, and unauthorized modifications are not covered.
